The Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) ranges between 24 pieces and 96 pieces for each fragrance ordered depending on the number of fragrances you use to come up with your unique blend.

Each fragrance requires a minimum order quantity of 24 pieces.

For each fragrance you add to a blend the minimum order goes up by 24 pieces per Fragrance, meaning
• If you use 1 fragrance in your private label order, your minimum order will be 24 pieces and any additional
order above 24 pieces must be done in multiples of 24 eg 48 pieces, 72 pieces, 240 pieces etc
• If you mix 2 fragrance to come up with your unique private label fragrance, your minimum order will be 48 pieces

Can I mix my candle order and my room and linen spray order to use up my fragrance blend?
Yes you can mix candles and sprays to use up your private label blend.

How is the minimum order calculated?
We calculate our fragrance in terms of sets. Sets are calculated for each fragrance you add to your blend.
• 1 set = 6 candles
• 1 set = 20 Room and linen sprays.

Each fragrance gives 4 sets. Meaning
• If you use 1 fragrance you will have 4 sets
• If you blend 2 fragrances you will have 8 sets
• If you blend 3 fragrances you will have 12 sets
• If you blend 4 fragrances you will have 16 sets.

You can choose how you would like to distribute the sets based on the above equation. For example if you
• Blend 2 fragrance you will have 8 sets, you can decide to have 5 sets to be for candles and 3 sets for sprays meaning you will get
• 5 sets x 6 candles = 30
• 3 sets x 20 sprays = 60
• Blend 4 fragrances you will have 16 sets and one can decide to have 15 sets to be for candles and 1 set for sprays meaning one will get
• 15 sets x 6 candles = 90
• 1 sets x 20 sprays = 20

Please NOTE
This calculation is based on our candle containers and our room and linen spray bottles. If you bring your own containers we will calculate the minimum orders for you.

Can I use my own unique fragrance blend if I bring my own containers?
Yes, you can blend up to 4 fragrances for your private label fragrance using the formula provided above.

Each order must use up the entire fragrance that has been blended to create your unique fragrance. We usually make our blends in quantities of 1/2 liter for each fragrance, meaning
• If you use 1 fragrance as your private label option, your minimum order must use up the entire 1/2 liter. Additional orders must be made in multiples of 1/2 liter.
• If you blend 2 fragrance to make your private label option, your minimum order must use up the entire 1 liter
fragrance produced from the blend. Additional orders must be made in multiples of 1 liter quantities.
• If you blend 3 fragrance to make your private label fragrance, your minimum order must use up the entire 1.5 liters fragrance produced from the blend. Additional orders must be made in multiples of 1.5 liter quantities.
• If you blend 4 fragrance to make your private label fragrance, your minimum order must use up the entire 2 liters fragrance produced from the blend. Additional orders must be made in multiples of 2 liter quantities.

Can I bring my own fragrances for making my candles and room and linen sprays?
No, we do not allow clients to bring their own fragrances for candle making. This is because candles require a specific type of fragrance that will not explode into a ball of fire when lit. The only way we can know for sure that
the fragrance we are putting into the candle is the correct fragrance type is if we source for it ourselves.

If you have a specific fragrance in mind that you would like to use for your candles, we will do our best to source it for you from our fragrance suppliers. All you need to do is provide us with the fragrance nodes and leave
the rest to us.

Can I bring my own wax for making my candles?
No, we do not allow clients to bring their own wax for candle making. This is because we need to do extensive research and tests on the waxes we use. This takes anywhere from 6 months to 1 year before the wax is approved
for use on the candles we make.

We like to understand the wax we are using before we use it. How the wax burns, how does it interact with different fragrances, what are the best wicks to use with it etc.

Basically, we prefer working with wax that we have already tested ourselves.
