HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER

Step 1: Pick your Fragrance

All the fragrances we have on our list are available as tealight scent samples. You can sample scents from any of the 2 lists. The samples go for 75/- each with a minimum order of 30 different scent samples (3000/-). The 3000/- will be discounted on your first order making the samples FREE.

You can order as many scent samples as you need, however we will only discount you the first 40 samples (3000/-)

Step 2: Choose your product

Choose the product you would like to order and customize the packaging you wish to get. We offer the following products.

Candles:
You can customize the following

• Vessels: we have over 20 glass options you can choose from (View Vessel options)
• Lids: we have over 10 different lid options that you can choose (View Lid options)
• Wax: we offer 2 different blends for the wax we use: Paraffin + soy wax blend and Soy wax + Bees wax blend (Read about wax options)
• Wax color: we are able to make white, black and different shades of Blue, green, red, orange, purple, brown and yellow colors.
• Wicks: we offer an option between wooden wicks and cotton wicks. (read about wick options)
• Packaging: we offer round tube packaging for your candles. The packaging comes in white and black options (View packaging options)

Room and Linen sprays:
You can customize the following

• The bottle: A choice between black, brown or white PET bottles (View bottle options)
• The sprayer lid: A choice between black, gold or silver (View mist sprayer options)

Wax Melts:
You can customize the following

• You can choose between wax melts that are sold with Clamshells or the assorted shaped wax melts sold by weight (View wax melts options)
• Wax: we offer 2 different blends for the wax we use: Paraffin + soy wax blend and Soy wax + Bees wax blend (Read about wax options)
• Wax color: we are able to make white, black and different shades of Blue, green, red, orange, purple, brown and yellow colors.

Votive candles:
You can customize the following

• Scent option: we offer scented and unscented votive candles (View votive candles options)
• Wax: we offer 2 different blends for the wax we use: Paraffin + soy wax blend and Soy wax + Bees wax blend (Read about wax options)
• Wax color: we are able to make white, black and different shades of Blue, green, red, orange, purple, brown and yellow colors.

Tealight Candles:
You can customize the following

• Scent option: we offer scented and unscented tealight candles (View tealight options)
• Wax: we offer 2 different blends for the wax we use: Paraffin + soy wax blend and Soy wax + Bees wax blend (Read about wax options)
• Wax color: we are able to make white, black and different shades of Blue, green, red, orange, purple, brown and yellow colors.

Wax warmers:
We offer 2 types of warmers

• Electric warmers which come in 10 different variations (View electric warmers options)
• Ceramic tealight warmers: which come in 7 different variations (View ceramic tealight warmers options)

Other available options:

• Bring your own containers for us to make the candles for you (Read about the process)

Step 3: Place your order

• Send us a message on WhatsApp 0775910756 or email us at [email protected] with a list of what you want to order
• We will send you a quotation/invoice within 24 hours and then you can proceed to make the down payment
• For orders within Nairobi the balance can be paid on delivery. For orders going outside Nairobi, the balance MUST be paid before we send the products.

Step 4: Give us time to make your order

• For wholesale scent orders, we deliver within 5 to 10 working days depending on the order quantity and the orders we receive that week.
• For Private label scent orders, we deliver within 30 to 40 working days depending on the availability of the scent from the supplier and the shipping timeline. We only stock the samples for these scents and not the full bottles to make the candles. We order the scents when someone confirms an order.

Step 5: Delivery

• For orders within Nairobi, we do doorstep delivery unless someone decides to pick up from our drop off location in Nairobi CBD.
• For orders outside Nairobi, we send the package using your preferred option eg bus, courier service
  
  NOTE:
• We do not deal with product branding. We normally deliver the products blank, then you brand for yourself.
• We don’t sell any candle making supplies. We only sell ready products.
